HB Mail Readonly

HB Mail Readonly is a private email tool operated by May Hu for her own connected accounts. It is being built to collect mail, identify important messages and prepare follow-up summaries.

The current version connects a Gmail account and reads inbox listings locally on the owner's Mac. Automated collection, AI summaries and team sharing are not enabled yet.

What Google access allows

The app requests Gmail read-only access. It cannot send messages, delete mail or change mailbox labels. Each account owner must authorize access through Google. Connection credentials are stored in the Mac's system Keychain.

This public page contains information about the app only. It does not provide access to any mailbox.
